Remember Whenever is a family-owned media transfer service headed by Paul Schneider, who brings over 14 years of professional, hands-on experience in media digitization to every single project.
When you hand over those boxes of old photos, tapes, or film reels, you're trusting someone with pieces of your family's story that can't be replaced. We get that and it shows in every part of our process.
Since opening in early 2025, we've built our reputation on doing things differently than the big, impersonal warehouse operations. There's no shipping your memories off to a distant facility where they become just another number in a queue.
We come to you with free pickup and delivery throughout Fairfield County, and Paul personally handles or oversees every project, and treats every photo, every tape, every piece of media like it belongs to his own family.

We work with families, individuals, small businesses, and institutions across the USA, converting old formats like VHS tapes, slides, cassettes, film, and photos into digital files that can actually be used, backed up, and shared.
And because most collections are a mix of different media types, we handle it all under one roof so you're not dividing your media between multiple vendors.
Our mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to preserve priceless moments before they're lost, so you can revisit them, relive them, and pass them along to the people who come after you.

I started working in the media transfer business in 2011, and over the past 14 years, I’ve had the pleasure of helping thousands of people bring their memories back to life and preserve them for the future.
What began as a job quickly became something I genuinely loved - there's something special about being the person who helps someone see footage they thought was gone forever, or watch their parents' wedding video for the first time in decades.
I've seen some magnificent images, film footage, and videos over the years. Incredible 16mm film from the 1950s that looks like it was shot yesterday. Home movies of grandparents who are long gone but whose voices and mannerisms come alive on screen. Wedding videos, graduations, kids' first steps, holiday celebrations - the full spectrum of life's important moments, all captured in formats that were slowly fading away in closets and basements.
I've also seen a few things I definitely wish I could forget, but that comes with the territory!
I truly love what I do, and I’m incredibly grateful for each and every customer who entrusts Remember Whenever with their priceless memories.
